Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day logistics and execution of experiential marketing & event campaigns and supervises all program activities to ensure these are completed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner within budget, as per the details of the contract with the client.

The Project Manager works under the guidance of Account Directors and Producers to meet client deliverables. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, project ownership, and has a can-do attitude. The candidate must be confident and persuasive, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to drive projects to deadline while delivering a quality product.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of program tours, displays, and exhibits, meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and events that support firm and industry objectives
• Consistently communicate between internal and client teams to ensure program direction stays consistent with the objective and delivered on time
• Manage program material development including overall concept, content, and graphic look
• Track and report metrics involved with meetings, programs, or events
• Research and suggest new opportunities that drive value and improve experience for the customers
• Meet defined timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, events and/or meeting planning
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple and diverse projects through to completion.
• High level of competence with basic office software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
