Marketing Project Manager

• 
  Oversee a team of Graphic Designers, Web Designers, and Photographers to deliver print & digital marketing solutions to clients
• Serve as Team Leader by setting goals & providing direction to the creative team
• Build business relationships with the client to understand their design needs
• Supervise projects during design development
• Recommend adjustments in reaching the client's goals
• Communicate the project status to the team and client
• Follow up with clients to get feedback on the quality and overall experience of working with us
• Mentor teammates by providing opportunities for learning & growth
• Discuss process changes, production specs, and contracts with the managers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the design industry
• Work a 45-hour week with flexible start & end times

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our passionate, creative team as a knowledgeable resource of best practices in marketing and to oversee current projects ensuring they are moving toward the finish line smoothly & on time. If you have working experience in Marketing, Digital Web Design, and Leadership, you're the specialist we need on our team!

Our Ideal Marketing Project Manager:

• Experience: 5+ years of Marketing and 3+ years of Digital Web Design/Development are required. 2+ years of Leadership is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient with MS Office. Experience with marketing project management software & WordPress is a plus.
• Time Management: Self-motivated, comfortable taking the initiative, & handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Structured & Flexible: Able to respect the creative process while holding the team accountable for deadlines & quality.
• Communicator: Someone who loves to ask good questions, gathers all relevant information, and ensures everyone involved in the project understands the customer's vision.
• People Skills: Able to collaborate with various people within the company and with customers – enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas and information.
• Positive Leader: Confidently provides leadership & promotes a healthy work environment.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record for the past three years.
