Marketing Specialist -

Background in marketing, research, sales, and/or distribution in the Protective Service industry (i.e., police, sheriffs, security guards, firefighters or similar groups) is strongly preferred but not required.

Must have experience research, business development, email & social media marketing, data analytics, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

-Familiarize yourself with company's product/course material and content to gain understanding of the program offered and marketing needs.

- Review company's marketing assets and platforms (website, email system, etc.) and make suggestions on how to improve/upgrade them (currently at no additional cost) in order to support your proposed marketing strategy.

- Review the existing research and training materials currently in the protective service industry to determine data needed to revise and improve the current marketing plan

-Must be accountable intermittently showing/implementing specific expanded promotional plans with enhanced product and company visibility.

Research:-Conduct market research to identify leaders in the industry (e.g.,vendors, producers, distributors, etc.) as well as their best marketing practices (buying trends, marketing activities, geographical regions, etc.) that we can adopt to improve our sales

Improve current direct marketing plan. Create an email drip from our existing database and for new data determined from your research and current infrastructure

Create and guide a 3-month plan for next stage of marketing e.g.,target additional populations; form new campaign guidance; develop templates and email drip structures for future implementation etc.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57,405.00 - $63,227.00 per year
