Position Summary:

The Master Trainer will oversee the daily operations of our driver and installation team. A successful Master Trainer will be a strong leader with excellent communication and coaching skills and have a background in appliance installation and/or logistics. Must have experience with installing home appliances and leading driver teams. The Master Trainer is responsible in assisting developing training solutions for challenges identified during deliveries. Conduct new hire training/orientation. Track and evaluate each new hires mentor period. Conduct ride along delivery inspections, create reports and review the reports with delivery teams and managers. This individual should possess the ability to problem solve and have excellent team building skills. We are looking to fill a FULL-TIME Master Trainer position. The master trainer is experienced in all home appliances installations. Refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· Background in appliance installation and delivery driver

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred

· Valid driver license with insurable driving record

· Ability to pass background screening

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proven ability to de-escalate customer concerns and provide great customer service
