Area Supervisors provide leadership, coaching, and direction to all team members to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. Consistently demonstrates McDonald’s and Bronson Organization’s values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships amongst the organization and the communities in which we serve.

Area Supervisors are responsible for running profitable restaurants and for ensuring the restaurants meet McDonald’s and Bronson Organization’s critical customer service standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Follow all operational and company policies, participate in the staffing process and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. They collaborate with his/her restaurants’ managers to set the goals and create a plan to achieve those goals. Area Supervisors are also responsible for developing each manager to make sure that the restaurants have the right team to lead into the future. In addition, Area Supervisors ensure the restaurants are operating in the most effective and efficient manner, review and communicate operational reports, analyze and develop an action plan to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards and meet daily follow up expectations on all actions plans to ensure improvements. Area Supervisors will be expected to travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support designated management team. They must possess the ability to demonstrate exceptional face-to-face, telephone, electronic and written customer service skills to the organization’s executive team, restaurant management staff, crew, applicants, members of McDonald’s corporation, visitors and suppliers. Area Supervisors must have the ability to prioritize and organize workload, meet deadlines, provide attention to detail, and follow-through on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks. This position is located in the Four Corners area of the United States.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years as experienced general manager, supervisor, district manager of a quick service or food service restaurant
• McDonald’s experience and Hamburger University graduate
• Multi-unit management experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
