Join our team as a MDS Coordinator - RN. Fulltime day shift opening, Mondays through Fridays.
Hourly wage of $37.00 and we currently offer a $15,000 hire-on bonus for full-time Nurses.

Our nurses work closely with our residents, NAC staff, Medical Director, and our Rehab Team. Will initial care plan updates on an on-going basis and attend Care Conferences. Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member.
Skilled Nursing has many opportunities for using best practice in situations which require critical thinking and technical skills.
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Keep the Director of Nursing Services informed regarding problems, concerns, and needs within the department.
- Work as a team with other facility departments.
- Overall responsibility to ensure complete, accurate and timely completion of the RAI process (including assessment and care plans) from admission to discharge and maintaining resident records adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Serve as a role model for excellence in nursing and customer service and must be able to motivate team members to meet a high standard.
- Communicates with supervisors, co-workers, and residents in a professional, supportive manner and who works well as part of a team.
