Oregon Neurology is seeking a fun-loving, intelligent, hard-working, dependable team member to expand our excellent business office team.

As a billing & collections specialist, your duties may include:

• Working on claim denials/rejected claims
• Posting payments
• Verifying insurance for upcoming appointments
• Patient collections
• Answering phones & assisting patients in person
• Credentialing
• Processing insurance referrals
• Obtaining prior authorizations

There's no "I" in team so cross-training is very important to us. Each day will look a little different so you definitely won't get bored here!

We're open to this being full-time with benefits or part-time (with no benefits). Our clinic is open from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri and some hours can be done from home. We utilize AthenaPractice as our practice management system, AthenaFlow as our electronic medical record, and Waystar as our billing clearinghouse.

As a medical office, we are still under COVID vaccination mandates so please also verify that you have been fully vaccinated or have a medical or religious exemption.
