As our Medical Billing Specialist you will:

• Initiate and facilitate routine communications with MCG clients and their patients
• Work collaboratively with a team in multiple software systems to prepare and submit claims to Medicaid, managed care, and insurance plans
• Maintain accounts receivable aging and related reports
• Post payments to patient accounts and reconcile account differences
• Research unpaid patient accounts and works with payers to resolve accounts

• Professional attitude and high attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Top level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in researching and reconciling patient accounts, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
