Front Office Receptionist

Full time position in a surgical practice – no weekends. Requirements: excellent communication, organizational and computer skills, a caring, compassionate, attitude, professional demeanor, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as a team player. Good Computer skills are required and you must be able to multi-task. Customer service and medical office experience are preferred.

The Front Office Receptionist performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving patients and others who may access the office, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping. The Front Desk Receptionist position manages patient check-in and check-out functions including scheduling and processing phone calls received, scheduling patient appointments and verifying insurance coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
