Seeking full-time front-desk position in state of the art, rapidly growing private pediatric practice in Stamford (opened in 2016). Our practice is focused on delivering excellent patient care in a warm, caring, family-oriented atmosphere and requires energetic, highly personable team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and work well with all medical staff in a busy office atmosphere ... all with a smile!

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-years experience in a medical practice setting
• Experience in the use of an EMR (Electronic Medical Record), preferably AthenaHealth
• Computer literacy and the ability to type competently
• Any billing or office administrative experience is useful
• Willingness to work weekends from time to time

Important qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with children and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality with strong customer service skills ... calm under pressure
• Strong work ethic and initiative - the ability to work both as a team member and autonomously are very important'
