Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Commute to our office in Azusa Monday to Friday!
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health License
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- To be Able to Speak Spanish
