We are seeking an experienced Men's Barber to join our team of grooming professionals. As an experienced Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our male clients, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other related services. You must have at least 3+ years of experience in the field, as well as a strong passion for grooming and excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional grooming services to male clients, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other related services.
• Consult with clients to determine their grooming needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of clients and staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and techniques, attending relevant training and workshops as needed.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure punctuality for all appointments.
• Sell grooming products to clients and educate them on proper grooming techniques and product use.

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Men's Barber.
• A strong passion for grooming and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of grooming techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
