Flip is a next-generation e-commerce platform combining authentic product discovery experiences with a premium e-commerce service. Shoppers visit Flip as a single destination to discover and learn about products through 60-second videos of user-generated content that is instantly shoppable, with a one-click checkout and fast shipping. Shoppers on Flip can become Creators by sharing their own video reviews and monetizing their content directly on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Open to Buy platform
• Select products for order for review and create Purchase Orders to submit to vendor partners
• Assist with any operational outreach to partners that's needed for inventory deliveries
• Assist with daily site maintenance, including management of new SKU launches and merchandising by category
• Perform PDP and SKU audits at the category and subcategory levels of products
• Manage inventory by daily review and cataloging of products
• Report any discrepancies found at the inventory level or SKU information level
• Research the accuracy of certain product details
• Maintain quality, clear and communicative relationships with all vendor partners

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in some form of e-Commerce Merchandising
• Ability to learn internal systems and processes efficiently
• Mathematical and analytical skills, basic Excel skills a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to critically think and problem solve
• Heavy attention to detail and organization of priorities
• Ability to take initiative and be inquisitive
