We have one full-time Mortgage Processor opening at our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota location, with remote potential.

Individuals in the job are responsible for assisting Great River Federal Credit Union in the achievement of its purpose of guiding members successfully through the financial marketplace. The Mortgage Processor is responsible for processing first mortgage files and portfolio HE/ HELOC loans by gathering all the information necessary to submit the file to underwriting. In addition, this individual must have a working knowledge of underwriting requirements as directed by GRFCU, agencies, and private investors to underwrite mortgage loan files within lending authority limits. This includes the review of the credit file (credit reports, income, tax returns etc.), the review of appraisal, title, and inspection reports, and the preparation of closing disclosures and submission of closing package for purchase.
