Join Regency Theatres team at South Coast Village. We are looking for team members who love Movies & Customer Service to work Box Office, Concession and Usher to help us deliver a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring our guests receive exceptional customer service.

Duties are as follows;

Box Office: Operating the POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash, credit cards, gift cards, passes, coupons, Group Activity Tickets, and the Regency Rewards program. Promoting the Regency Rewards Points Program. Answering phone calls and questions from guests professionally and is consistent with Regency Theatre's mission and policies.

Concession: Operating the POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash, credit cards, gift cards, coupons, Regency Rewards points, promotions as well as concession stock inventory. Properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment. Promoting the Regency Rewards Points Program.

Door/Usher: Welcoming Guests, Scanning and tearing tickets. Directing patrons to the correct auditoriums. Cleaning auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, etc. Helping guests find their seats.
