National Branch Developer

This position may work remotely; you must have mortgage recruiting experience as well as management experience. American Mortgage Network is a 100% employee-owned mortgage company. Position Summary

As the National Branch Developer, you will be responsible for developing our National Branch footprint and sales development activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide regular guidance and feedback to management on recruiting activity.

• Responsible for production recruiting highly experienced originators and origination teams.

• Assist the on-boarding team with all relevant and required data for on-boarding to AmNet systems.

• Provide assistance with transition to AmNet from prior employment.

  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in recruiting along with management experience.

• Strong analytical, creative problem solving and negotiation skills.

• Excellent skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Effective /collaborative leadership style that inspires and motivates outstanding performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
