Role : Network Engineer

Location : San Jose, CA ( this is onsite job )

Job Description :

• Network and Linux administrator with experience with RHEL7/8 and preferably, Cisco network devices.
• Work with our network admin to deploy our network to our supplier site.
• Scale and maintain the Linux environment in our data center (for the same data platform that the python programmer is working on) as well as our lab environment where a VM farm is established for Cisco product development work. The primary Linux distro used is RHEL.
• Initially, a larger portion of the time will be spent on the network infrastructure (1 quarter plus).
• Subsequently, most of the work will be on the Linux operating system. So, engineers should be better at Linux versus networking if we had to choose one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
