Job Description:

• Advanced platform-specific Cisco experience (Nexus 9/7/2k, Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS family, ASR/ISR, ASA) Cisco WLC, Meraki.
• Advanced platform-specific experience with Palo Alto and F5.
• Experience managing IPAM/DNS/DHCP, WAN/SDWAN, and load-balancing solutions.
• Advanced Firewall policy (port, protocol, application) IPS/IDS, VPN, MFA, and advanced TCP/IP
• Familiarity with Cisco ACL / Firepower / Meraki
• Certifications CCNP (Network) – (Routing and Switching, Wireless, Security)
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities through multiple tool sets (Wireshark, Splunk, Aruba Clearpass) to perform deep-level packet analysis
• Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform fundamentals
• New site acquisition work/circuit deployments / SD Wan implementations/integrations
• Maintain switch inventory/work with / manage the relationship with our circuit provider.
• Leading a small team of 3 / do performance reviews/set goals, etc
• Working with deadlines that impact patient care.
• Creative out-of-the-box thinking for circuit solutions if / when deployment issues arise.
• Responsible for the overall stability of our network infrastructure, routers, switches, and fw’s
• Applies industry best practices whenever possible.
