Korzen Health is working with a prestigious Health Network which was created to work with CMS for Medicare beneficiaries. The program aims to provide coordinated care through our providers while maintaining support for your healthcare needs.

This is an outpatient position only where the provider will provide services primarily at one location. We would prefer for someone who is currently living in the area or looking to relocate.

Our patient population is mostly Korean and/or Spanish speaking. We are looking for a provider fluid in Korean and/or Spanish language.

Scope of work includes:

• The NP will join an existing practice
• NP will see approximately 20ish patients per day
• 100% Outpatient only, no call, no nights, no weekends!
• Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Office is closed from 12-1 for lunch
• Patient mix of PPO and HMO patients. Percentage wise its approximately 50% CPE and 50% Acute visits. Telemed appts are also mixed into the schedule
• NP's are in the practice to assist with med checks and follow-ups with patients.
• Minimal 3 years of experience but will consider a new NP depending on nursing experience

Benefits include:

• Compensation will be BASE of $130-145K a year

• Year end discretionary bonus based upon work performance, clinical competency and financial performance of the Practice
