Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Case Management is responsible for promoting patient-centered care by coordinating all aspects of hospital based case management for his/her assigned area of responsibility in alignment with the goals of the Case Management Department. The Manager is also accountable for the overall day-to-day oversight of the case management team. the manager functions as an expert clinical practitioner, case management subject-matter expert, resource, advisor, and leader for the members of the case management team. Other duties include, monitoring the quality of interactions, documentation, and assessments of the case management staff.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 3+ years experience in clinical nursing required; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• InterQual experience preferred
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to law and regulation required
• Certification in Case Management and Certification in InterQual or IQCI preferred
