Buckeye Physical Medicine and Rehab is looking for a motivated, organized and enthusiastic Part Time Nurse Practitioner to add to our team of a Physician,Nurse Practitioners and Chiropractic staff.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Injection therapy (trigger point injections, joint injections, tendon sheath injections, peripheral nerve blocks)
• Orthopedic evaluations
• Physical exams
• Hormone Replacement Therapy for males and females
• Weight Loss Program management
• Prescribing acute non-narcotic pain modalities
• Inventory and ordering medical supplies
• Collaborating with rehabilitation staff on all patient's care

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid license to practice as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio
• No previous physical medicine or injection experience required. In depth training provided.
