Job Details:
- Operate multi-line telephone system
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and direct to specific destinations.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Run Errands
- Data entry
- Collaborate with various departments
- Computer Savvy - QuickBooks a Plus
- Communicate with Vendors and Customers
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Preferred but willing to train
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Programs)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail and perfectionist work
- Great attitude and desire for self-improvement
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Enjoy working in a thriving team atmosphere (we really do mean Team)
