Responsibilities

  • Answering Phones • Case Entry/Case Scheduling • Shipping and receiving • Event and meeting planning • Assisting with the organization of the office • Assisting Office Manager as needed

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Working knowledge (or ability to learn) industry software such as Dental Lab • Ability to be self-driven and motivated • Ability to organize and stay organized; and multi-task • Working knowledge of (or ability to learn) oral anatomy and orthodontic appliances

The primary function of the Office Assistant is to support the Office Manager.

Hours Required: Monday – Friday; 8:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Wage: $14.00/hr. Opportunity for raises upon proficiency and increase of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
