A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT
As an Office Assistant, you play a vital role in helping our company operate smoothly. Some of your daily tasks include scanning, indexing, data entry, processing shipments, and making online orders. You also have the opportunity to support the sales team by answering phones, quoting orders, and assisting walk-in customers as needed. Whether you are communicating over the phone, through chat, or in person, you always provide exceptional customer service by acting with professionalism and offering personalized solutions. You find great fulfillment in utilizing your skills to contribute to our company in a big way!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Experience with QuickBooks or Zoho would be a plus. Do you have solid verbal and written communication skills? Are you good at managing your time? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you detail-oriented? Can you provide exceptional customer service? Do you have great multi-tasking skills? If so, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This administrative position offers stable, full-time work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. There will also be some occasional Saturday work during our busy Spring and Summer seasons.
