Position: Office Admin

About the Position: Currently, we are experiencing high growth and need to expand our office team.

We are seeking outgoing, dependable Administrative Assistants who love helping others. An Ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years office

experience, strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced family-friendly team environment. Please note, this is a full time, in-person opportunity.

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft Office

Responsibilities include;

• Inbound/outbound customer calls (this is Not a sales position)

• Meet and Greet guests

• Schedule appointments

• General clerical tasks

Location:

• Central Phoenix

Typical Hours:

• Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary: Starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hr. + Overtime + benefits
