Office Manager Position
Voyager Siding and Decks is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our growing team. We are looking to hire someone who is self motivated, has great communication skills, and is a hard worker.
This position is responsible for managing a small office and basic HR duties, along with communicating with customers and setting schedules for the sales team. As a growing company, this position is dynamic and has the potential to shift as needs arise. While responsibilities vary as noted below, this position is asked to be flexible and motivated with creative problem solving and a willingness to learn new skills. This position is detail-oriented and requires a high level of organization with a need for strong communication skills across multiple departments, with varying levels of knowledge.

General Responsibilities:
- Answer general business phone and Office email from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Ability to prioritize incoming requests to keep contracts and jobs moving forward
- Field all company leads through phones, emails, walk-ins, and schedule as needed
- Responsible for invoicing all jobs upon completion, collection of checks, and sending out final Lien Waiver with Production Manager CC’d
- Document all Azek and Trex job completion for warranty
- Send out follow up Thank You emails and incentives with review reminders via email
- Ensuring the office environment is ready for customers to come in at any time
- Company Payroll (submitting all employee hours to payroll)
- Ordering all baseline office supplies- coffee, filters, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, pens, paper, ink, folders
- All other duties as assigned
Responsibilities as time allows:
- Create or update professional forms as needed for the company
- Systemetize the job role so that it is orderly and clear
Role-specific capabilities:
- Deep understanding of CRM, JobNimbus
- Good understanding of the product range offered by Voyager Siding
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and be solution-oriented when problems arise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask various projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, OneNote, Powerpoint
