Job description
Position is responsible for supporting the NA/APAC onboarding practice. Responsibility includes general onboarding staff and coordinates with necessary BG vendors. Is accountable for the metrics and results of Onboarding in specified group or client. Adapts plans and priorities to address operational challenges. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

  • Manage relationships with key NA/APAC partners and stakeholders across the business
  • Align closely with Total Talent teams to ensure shared vision; partner closely with all Stefanini Towers and branches
  • Adhere to metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding process offer improvement suggestions
  • Take ownership of driving the employee onboarding process from the offer of employment through onboarding
  • Coordinate and communicate with recruiters, hiring managers to ensure all parties are aligned leading up to the new employee's first day
  • Lead and partner with the recruiting team to assist with hiring process tasks as needed
  • Develop innovative ways to proactively collaborates with recruiting regarding changes in start dates, new hires and any other relevant issues
  • Partner with relevant departments, such as HR, Operations, IT, Workforce Management and Training to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
  • Follow and utilize dashboards and reporting to measure your onboarding activities
  • Work with internal teams to partner to support digital onboarding initiatives
  • Maintain data in recruitment systems



  • 1+ years in onboarding, human resources and/or HR certificate
  • Experience creating onboarding programs or supporting onboarding activity is preferred
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexibility, customer-service orientation, and a passion for providing a positive new hire experience at every stage of the onboarding process
  • A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • Willing to support the team and fill in as onboarding specialist when needs arise
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
  • Confident interacting and partnering with all levels of management
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Flexibility to work as needed to support various time zones
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor or Associates degree
