Job description

This position provides high level member assistance by scheduling various appointments requested, transferring calls appropriately, composing messages, and providing general information.

Responsibilities:

• The Records Clerk operates keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as a computer, key-operated magnetic tape, or disc encoder to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. Job task requires skill in operating an alphanumeric keyboard, and an understanding of transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment.
• This position requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, and searching for interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass Agency clearance
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Effective time management skills and speed with accuracy is core.
• A strong sense of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.03 per hour
