We are currently seeking a seasoned Property Manager for our 113-unit senior apartment community in Greeneville, TN. The candidate will be responsible, under the supervision of the Asset Manager, for all phases of the operation of the property, including, but not limited to the general day to day operations, the direction and supervision of all personnel, and taking steps to ensure the property is always well maintained in good physical condition with stabilized cash operations.

Duties include, but not limited to, collecting rent, preparing monthly reports, prepare, process and sign all leases and related forms, market vacant units, maintain inventory, purchasing of supplies, recertification of residents. Provide excellent customer service to the residents.

• Treat residents with dignity and respect and demonstrate your ability to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of residents and coworkers;
• Always maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance and a clean and orderly office;
• Have strong computer and office equipment skills;
• Must be trustworthy and show initiative and have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision;

Requirements

• 3 + years supervisory skills.
• Experience in affordable housing management, knowledge of section 8/202 compliance regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, administrative skills.
• Team oriented.
• Experience in high-rise building systems.
• Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple task and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
