Job Description:

1. Responsible for the business performance of all Restaurant Chain as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety

2. Planning and analyze outlets' sales levels and profitability

3. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week

4. Create and execute plans for staff development

5. Accountable for labour and F&B costing matters including inventory control and conducting monthly stock take

6. Handle disciplinary issues, conducting annual review and confirmation of staff

7. Provide effective leadership to the team to ensure targets are met

8. Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to the managements

9. Coordinate the entire operations of Fortunate and Bao Today outlets during scheduled shifts

10. Ensure strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to company’s standard operating procedures

11. Develop standard operating procedures

12. Any ad-hoc duties assign

Requirements:


1. Minimum 5 years in food and beverage operational management experience 

2. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) 

3. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently 

4. Excellent in communication and leadership skills 

5. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices 

6. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets 

7. Guest-oriented and service-minded 

8. Able to work split shift, weekend, and public holiday
