J2 Innovations - a Siemens company is looking for a Operations Assistant to join their team in a fast-paced software business operating in the smart-buildings and IoT markets. www.j2inn.com
Responsibilities:
- Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems.
- Prepares specialized routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics.
- Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.
- Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.
- Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served
- Scheduling Meetings
- Managing Travel; including ensuring Compliance when U.S. employees travel abroad (BTAT & PTAC Process)
- Plan events
- Manage basic HR topics; welcome packages for new employees, administration of onboarding process, communication of birthdays and jubilees etc.
- Make use of modern IT and software tools
- Tracking of Travel Expenses
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in scheduling travel and meeting coordinator preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
