Position: Operations Associate

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our moving operations. The Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in logistics, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling and dispatching of moving crews
• Ensure timely delivery of moving equipment and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Assist with logistics planning and execution of moving operations
• Communicate with customers to confirm scheduling and ensure satisfaction with services provided
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective execution of moving operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to moving operations, equipment, and supplies
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate''s or bachelor''s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or operations support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office
• Experience in the moving or transportation industry a plus
