We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Operations Executive to join our highly talented team in a fast growing startup at the early stages of growth .
Responsibilities
- Support Operations Manager in daily operations function.
- Managing and arranging drivers/riders schedule.
- Maning operations center hotline, answering any queries from client and clarifying any operations questions.
- Liasing with client's operations team on details of delivery.
- Do simple packing of top up consumables in preperation for delivery.
- Conducting basic sourcing and procurement of products.
- Managing other basic office affairs, access control, passes etc.
- Basic housekeeping for warehouse.
Key attributes
- Comfortable in working in a digital enviroment (systems and platform)
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently without much supervision.
- Meticulous with details and able to organize and shift around priorities.
- Strong in conducting sourcing online.
There is 1 Operations Assistant reporting to this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-530pm, Sat 9am-1230pm (Work from home)
