The Challenges:
- Working with Assistant Manager and Manager in managing and deploying resources (KPI Tracking)
- Partner with various departments to support administration and operations:
- Fufil departmental and organisation goals
- Review and improve operational workflow processes, work plans & SOPs
- Provide forecast, preparing and justifying budgets
- Submit monthly reports on performance, statistics and workload data
- Support maintenance & enhancement of IT systems
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide secretariat support to hospital committees
- Provide admimnistrative support during meetings:
- Taking minutes, seeing through agendeas, circulating reports and minutes
- Filing records of correspondence between committees (Central point of communication)
What it Takes:
- Bachelor Degree of Good Standing
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience (Preferably in Healthcare/Hospital)
- Detail oriented, team player, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good flair with numbers
- Great communication skills (Proficient in english; written and spoken)
