The sales desk associate provides excellent customer service to all customers and assists customers with all of their battery needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides fast, friendly service and actively engages customers
- Assists customers with battery type, functionality and pricing
- Answers phones
- Issues credits for warranties, rebates and junk transactions
- Completes and submits weekly deposits
- Accepts payments from customers and completes transactions including credit cards, cash and/or checks
- Assists with warehouse operations
- Completes billing for outgoing products/inventory
- Mails boxes and packages
- Charges and checks batteries
- Performs other duties as assigned
