• Monitor operational processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Track processes and prepare reports for management Partner with internal teams to identify process gaps and offer recommendations for process improvement.
• Manage multiple assignments at a time and works closely with leadership to prioritize and communicate on assignments and deliverables.

• You have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and can prioritize work load to meet client needs

• You are responsive and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• You have a High School diploma or the equivalent.
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the managed healthcare service industry with a focus on client management, customer service, and operations.
