Job description
As an Operations Specialist, you will manage, perform, organize, and streamline Customer Care Center operational tasks. You will interact with clients, providers, and internal partners to provide information and resolve problems.
- Monitor operational processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Track processes and prepare reports for management Partner with internal teams to identify process gaps and offer recommendations for process improvement.
- Manage multiple assignments at a time and works closely with leadership to prioritize and communicate on assignments and deliverables.
- You are detail-oriented with the ability to look at the bigger picture.
- You are a critical thinker and able to demonstrate independent problem-resolution skills.
- You have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and can prioritize work load to meet client needs
- You are responsive and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- You have a High School diploma or the equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the managed healthcare service industry with a focus on client management, customer service, and operations.
