The Operations Supervisor is a key member of the regional leadership team for the company; and is responsible for the overall management of one locations. He/she have overall responsibility for managing the profit and loss of the locations (as set by company standards), as well as overall location sales. The Operations Supervisor manages a team of direct reports throughout the sites and will maximize financial results while also ensuring staff development, safety, customer service and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Align to & assist Director of Operations in development, implementation and tracking of IPG's operational best practices and KPI's (such as uptime & operational cost per site, safety, etc.); with responsibility to maintain/ improve KPI's for assigned operational sites.
• Lead continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring programs aligning with KPI's, Report Tools, CRM and other tools/initiatives
• Assure Superior Customer Service by working with the local service teams and customers.
• Manage, assist and monitor all operational challenges working with all Team members to resolve.
• Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
• Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player including offering assistance when requested/required
• Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.
• Monitor, review and provide all the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports for First Responder and Service Teams. Building and creating custom reports as required or requested.
• Travel expectation will include travel to other branch offices as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned/required.
• Proficient in Infor SX.e, FX and MITS systems
• Knowledge of our CRM package, TDF (Tour De Force) is also beneficial.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility
• Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
