Alepix Behavioral Clinic is the largest outpatient provider of mental health services in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Due to continued growth and expansion of services, Alepix Behavioral Clinic has an immediate need for full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapists. Alepix provides professional supervision for employees seeking licensure.

Alepix is seeking a flexible therapist, whom works primarily with adults, with the possibility of working with children or adolescents if needed.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Conduct initial intake - assess risks, mental status, and course of treatment.
• Work with patients and their families to evaluate current challenges and help them navigate through their treatment journey.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions.
• Establish, implement, and maintain treatment plans and other documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• When needed, interact with other mental health professionals, school officials, and other providers that need to be involved in the treatment process.
• One evening per week is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Psychology or related degree. Professional License preferred but not necessary
• Demonstrated ability to apply specific therapy modalities to population being served such as CBT, DBT, Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy or other models.
• Act 33/34 & FBI Clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License.

This position will be Monday through Friday, with one evening per week. Alepix offers an excellent salary and benefits package for full-time positions.'
