As a highly creative and detail obsessed designer, you will be a part of our award-winning Product team working in tandem with our designers and engineers in creating a visually immersive and seamless unboxing experience for our customers across over 60 countries. This dynamic role plays a critical part in the overall user experience for our customers, where your designs will be crucial in guiding customers through the unboxing and assembly process for our world class products.

• Design creative assets and packaging concepts to be used for product packaging across various product lines (including co branded products)
• Ensure that the overall look and feel of our product packaging is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines (and/or with our partners’ guidelines)
• Prioritize user centricity throughout the unboxing and assembly process, while ensuring that the overall packaging performance and durability is not compromised
• Conduct user research and audits on the overall unboxing and assembly process to understand consumers’ pain points
• Continuously refine our packaging, user manuals and guides, producing a straightforward and intuitive unboxing and assembly experience
• Perform deep dives into consumer feedback and propose packaging design improvements via the use of human centered design techniques
• Work closely with brand managers and project managers for styling guidelines, inspiration and artwork approval
• Collaborate with the wider Product team, giving input on any visual / UX design aspects related to product packaging
• Refine designs and concepts into print ready artwork
• Perform usability testing, gather test results and incorporate findings into design iterations

• A degree Visual/ Graphic design or a similar field
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Graphic/ Visual design, with some experience in packaging design
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous designs
• Ability to replicate styles and translate inspiration into creative concepts
• First-hand experience working directly with factories and suppliers
• High attention to detail
• Have a very creative yet pragmatic approach to design

• Knowledge and familiarity with the e sports and gaming industry
• Experience performing design for high-volume manufacturing
• Keen eye for good design
• Prior experience in a relevant industry such as the consumer furniture space
