We are a small gym located in an old Jiffy Lube. We love our big open doors and outside workout space. We are not a competitive gym, our focus is inspire and empower our members to be able to do anything they want to do (chase their kids down the street, run a half-marathon, hike the AT, play tennis without pain!).

Our staff consists of three L3 Coaches, three L2 and four L1 CrossFit Trainers. Most coach part time in addition to a full time job outside the gym.

We are looking for a part-time coach with potential for full-time position. Currently looking for experienced CF trainer to coach multiple evening classes throughout the week. There is also potential for growth with respect to hours and other responsibilities to include: On-boarding new members, in-person sales, membership management and more.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 - $30 per hour depending upon experience, education, certifications, references, etc.

Position: Full-time, Part-time

Requirements:

- CrossFit Trainer Certificate/Certification

- Positive attitude and personality

- Passion for fitness and helping people

- Minimum of 1 year commitment

- Follow CFD programming and attend class or at least complete workouts during Open Gym.

Must be able to:

1. Coach multiple evening classes (i.e. 4-7:30pm) 2-3 days per week.

2. Coach Saturday class (once every 4-6 weeks)

3. Man Open Gym on Sundays (once every 8-10 weeks)

4. Attend weekly coaches calls via Zoom Mondays (7:30pm)

5. Organize facility and equipment on a daily basis

6. Attend and help organize major events (i.e. CF Intramural Open, Annual In-House Competition)

Preferred:

- Level 1+ CrossFit Trainer Certificate

- 2 years coaching experience (minimum 300 coaching hours preferred).

- Availability throughout the week to cover other classes/open gyms if necessary.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
