Your leadership will help to drive our business partnership with Accenture and Avanade, one of the top global systems integrators for Microsoft technologies, with a specific focus on developing Microsoft technology-based offerings and executing strategic go-to-market initiatives that will help our customers achieve their digital future.
As the Accenture and Avanade Sales Leader for Asia, you will lead senior sales Executive relationships with key field leaders at Microsoft, Accenture and Avanade in Asia, manage sales business rhythm and insights, collaborate with internal stakeholder teams, and facilitate cross company partner relationship stewardship. You will have significant exposure to senior leaders across all three organizations and a deep insight into the key strategies and bets that we are executing on jointly.

Responsibilities
- You will build and lead the sales vision and strategy with Accenture and Avanade and be responsible for all aspects of the partnership in Asia, delivering thought leadership and leading transformation initiatives across Industries, Modern Workplace, Apps & Infra, Data & AI, Business Applications and Security.
- You will build and execute Asia Sales and GTM plans in close harmony with the partners and with Microsoft regional, Area and country sales teams, as well as marketing and technical sales.
- You will be accountable for the sales engagement and strategy with Accenture and Avanade in Asia, working closely with the Microsoft Global Alliance team.
- You will own senior sales Executive relationships, and engagement with Microsoft Executive stakeholders across Asia – leading a community of Area partner development Executives and running a business rhythm to track progress against Regional/Area targets and developing upside plans and correction plans for negative variance to budget.
- You will drive and measure pipeline health to accelerate sales momentum and cloud consumption and directly engage in select Top Deals, ensuring hand-offs to and engagements with the appropriate resources at the appropriate sales phase, to maximize win probability and minimize time to close, make proper decisions, resolve issues with local leadership and escalate as required, in order to jointly achieve revenue accountabilities, scorecard metrics, KPIs, and transformational indicators.
- You will be the advocate inside Microsoft for the Accenture and Avanade partnership, creating awareness, understanding and new ways to expand our partnership.
- You will land the internal and external communications to support the partnership and ensure awareness of the strategy and plans, partnering closely with the GSI go-to-market (GTM) leader on joint marketing initiatives.
Your overall success will be measured against the defined scorecard targets, communication and orchestration of strategic priorities and joint wins, as well as your drive of Executive alignment and ROB coordination.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Deep experience in building strategic relationships and partnering with senior Executives at the CxO level.
- Strong Commercial Business/Sales experience and ability to navigate and thrive under co-opetition.
- Successfull track record for leading virtual teams through driving clarity and energy and building a true inclusive working environment.
- Must be able to effectively articulate an elevated and integrated picture of technology and product positioning to internal audiences and external partners.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- GSI experience valued and Accenture/Avanade background strongly preferred
