Baseline 4x4 Recyclers is a salvage yard located in Kendallville, IN. We specialize in 1997 and newer Jeep Wranglers. Unique in our industry, we do not maintain an outside yard of vehicles to pull parts from. Every vehicle brought through our doors is dismantled and any part of value is inventoried, pictured, and stored in our warehouse. From the start on a small farm outside Albion, IN we have now shipped all across the United States and to numbers of countries worldwide.

With our growth we have the need for more help. We are looking for someone to manage the front counter and phone orders. Duties for this job include:

• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Assist with questions from phone, email, eBay and other streams
• Manage our social media (FB, Instagram)
• Assist with shipping (freight paperwork, occasional packing)
• Pull parts for counter sales
• Help keep a presentable reception area.
• Resolve customer issues directly with customer or through third party sales streams
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Customer service
• Automotive/Jeep knowledge
• Attention to detail

Pay is $15-$20 depending on experience.

We offer seven paid holidays after 90 days and PTO after a year of employment.
