Track and organize Body Shop shipment boxes, core returns, and damaged and incorrect parts.

Work with Body Shop Admin for parts inventory

Work front and back counter

Parts delivery

Check in and receipt orders as they arrive throughout the day.

Respond to e-mails and faxed orders.

Answer parts department phone calls.

Places replenishment stock orders

Cashiers’ customers out for parts transactions.

Pulls and ships out customer and wholesale orders.

Puts away replenishment stock.

Makes sure necessary paperwork gets to the office daily.

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
1 -2 yrs prior experience preferred
-
Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment

Strong interpersonal and time management skills
-
Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents

Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
