Job Summary: We are looking for a Parts Counter person to help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Compensation: $17 - $18 pr hour; DOE. Hourly, Non-exempt.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Track and organize Body Shop shipment boxes, core returns, and damaged and incorrect parts.
  • Work with Body Shop Admin for parts inventory
  • Work front and back counter
  • Parts delivery
  • Check in and receipt orders as they arrive throughout the day.
  • Respond to e-mails and faxed orders.
  • Answer parts department phone calls.
  • Places replenishment stock orders
  • Cashiers’ customers out for parts transactions.
  • Pulls and ships out customer and wholesale orders.
  • Puts away replenishment stock.
  • Makes sure necessary paperwork gets to the office daily.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 -2 yrs prior experience preferred
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
