We are looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to our Savage location.. a very busy dental clinic with 16 operatories. The Patient Care Coordinator is an essential position in our practice and is the first point of contact for patients visiting our practice. This position switches between patient facing (front desk) hours and call center ("behind the scenes") hours.. giving you a good balance of how you spend your day. We have a huge group of amazing coworkers that make work fun every day! :) We allow lots of opportunity for flexibility with your schedule!

Responsibilities:

-Welcome and check in patients

-Answer patient calls and schedule appointments

-Ensure patients have all necessary forms completed

-Discuss and collect money for treatment

-Partner with providers to manage their schedules

Qualifications

-Experience in a dental office

-Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude

-Experience with Open Dental is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
