Responsible for answering phone enquiries, feedback and appointment bookings for Denticare while projecting professionalism and the organisation's core values at all times.

• Provide accurate and relevant information to patients or clients of Denticare
• Project excellent product knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism in handling all enquiries
• Manage difficult clients with compassion, patience and sincerity with a goal to resolve the matter as amicably as possible
• Provide a complete report of the case and channel the feedback to the relevant department
• Gathering sufficient information from patients to arrange for the appointment booking
• Managing the appointment booking promptly and accurately

• Min ‘O’ Level
• Min 1 year related working experience
• Experience working in a call centre will be an added advantage
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
• Possess patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for queries
