- Comfortable to work in healthcare industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- With 1 – 2 years of customer service experience
- Singaporeans only
Duties
- To work closely with medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
- To assist doctor in the consultation room
- To provide counter duties ie. patients’ registration / scheduling of appointment
- To handle and resolve patients’ complaint / feedback
- To perform other duties as assigned
