BOJ of WNC, LLC is a franchise group for Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. and based in Arden, NC. We own and operate 100 restaurants in Western North Carolina, upstate South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Kentucky. We started in 2001 with six restaurants in Asheville, NC and have grown to the 100 locations we have today and continuing to grow!

We are looking for a Full TimePayroll Clerk at our Support Center in Arden, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into ADP Workforce NOW, as well as retrieving data when necessary.
• Assist in weekly payroll processing (hourly and salaried) and handle all payroll related tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage hourly employee timesheets to ensure accuracy; follow up with employees and managers as needed.
• Audit and review employee PTO accruals as needed.
• Assist in updating payroll records by entering changes in compensation, titles, or classification as needed. Assist with garnishments, tax filings, and new state registrations.
• Assist in special payroll projects as necessary.

Qualifications: ▪ 2-3 years of experience with ADP WorkForce Now ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel ▪ High level of accuracy and efficiency ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ▪ Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
