Job description
This requires applicant to live on property. This position is full time to help the woman of the house with tasks and errands daily, so she can be more efficient at work and be available to spend quality time with her children, family and attend to personal needs. Though this job is not a 24/7 job, must be flexible with the hours or times of day available to look after the children if the need arises.
Duties would include a variety of tasks to assist in daily activities. These would include but not be limited to:
  • Assist with Children (to include but not limited to):
  • Stock Diapers and wipes in diaper organizer, empty Diaper Genie, change diapers.
  • Drive children to and from school and their various activities
  • Prepare and give the children their meals.
  • Care for the child when mother is working in the home office, goes to work out, or when mother goes to personal appointments.
  • Travel as needed accompanying the family on vacations or work trips on an as need basis.
  • Babysit in the evening or some weekends on an as need basis.
  • Help prepare meals and assist in meal prep.
Assist with household duties (to include but not limited to):
  • Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, wiping down counters, picking up after children after each meal and bring out the trash.
  • Loading, running, and emptying the dishwasher.
  • Separating, loading, running, emptying, folding, and putting away laundry
  • Light filing of documents in the home’s filing cabinet
  • Help coordinate outside help as needed such as the maids, drycleaners pick up and drop off, heavy cleaning, maintenance workers, home maintenance.
  • Assist with decorating the home for the holidays, and to help undecorated and put everything away.
  • Open packages delivered to the home and put the items away as directed.
  • Other household projects that arise from time to time, that could include home improvement, decorating, parties, redecorating, special events, etc.
  • Before company comes, or as instructed help by wipe down patio furniture, outdoor bar area, grill and spray for weeds if needed around the pool area.
  • Be available to be at the home to supervise when scheduled vendors or maintenance people come to work on the house.
  • Change light bulbs inside and outside the house and let us know when running low so we can purchase more.
Running errands (to include but not limited to):
  • Bring vehicles to get gas, for oil changes, maintenance work, and car washes on request.
  • Light grocery shopping or to be at the house to accept a grocery delivery and put the items away
  • Completing store returns and exchanges.
  • Drop off/ Pick up packages at UPS or FedEx
Sponsorship availability after 12 months of employment.
