Brody Brothers Quality Pest Control of Owings Mills, MD is looking to hire a full-time Entry-Level Pest Control Technician.
This Entry-Level Pest Control Technician position comes with above industry pay that is NOT commission-based. Our Apprentice Technicians start at $18 per hour but depending on education, experience, and background you could make up to $25 per hour, plus overtime! We want you to succeed which is why we offer to pay for all trainings if you are hungry for success. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
As a Pest Control Technician, you are the face of our company, and your primary focus is to exceed customer expectations! You will arrive at each client's home or business on time and ready for action. Whether performing regular maintenance or tackling challenging issues, you will deliver the highest level of service even when no one is looking. Your calm friendly demeanor puts clients at ease as you assess any problems and devise a personalized solution. You take pride in your work and always keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition. You enjoy interacting with people out in your community every day you get great satisfaction out of helping them safely keep their homes pest-free!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and background checks
- Above-and-beyond customer service skills
- Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job (you're not carrying boulders, but it is a physical job). This includes kneeling and crawling.
- Ability to work in a variety of temperature conditions and in attics and crawl spaces
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time entry-level position works 40+ hours a week year-round. The typical schedule would be Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional Sundays in our busy season. We never work Saturdays!
