Our Role:

PGIM is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to provide project management support to the leadership team for PGIM Investments, Operations and Technology.

We are looking for someone who will participate in various cross-functional projects and aid in reporting across Fund Administration, Operations and Technology. You must be able to manage relationships with stakeholders, organize various degrees of work, as well as operate in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage monthly financial reports
  • Own quarterly newsletter reporting process
  • Develop advanced analytics to support business partners
  • Effectively communicate project updates to senior leadership
  • Conduct trainings on new technologies to scale general knowledge across the organization
  • Develop documentation to support audit efforts
  • Conduct research on various external vendors to identify and analyze products, services and cost
  • Make enhancements to existing communications tools across the organization
  • Prepare and organize presentations for leadership team
  • Aid in planning town halls and leadership meetings
  • Serve as administrator for consulting time tracking solution
  • Facilitate and coordinating meetings between internal stakeholders to ensure on-going alignment to business requirements, for assigned area.
  • Maintain agile methodology across organizational projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • 1-3 years professional experience with a focus on project management, preferred
  • Prior internship/co-op experience with a multinational corporation
  • A strong desire to continually learn and improve/enhance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate the organizational dynamics, hierarchies and relationships
  • Prefer a SCRUM master, or at least knowledge of agile methodology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with JIRA
  • Highly analytical, with a strong sense of critical thinking & intellectual humility. A willingness to dig deep to source and identify critical information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; excellent in capturing, tracking and executing on multiple to-dos while remaining calm and not getting distracted. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Prefer a Project management certificate (PMP)

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.

The salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $85,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement
